[Resolved] Flipkart — received different item & rejecting my replacement request | |||||
My complaint against flipkart online shopping website, regarding order id : od[protected], i placed my order for "black sandstone" color but received "grey sandstone" colored handset. This is not only concern, mobile is also defective as it is not connecting to mobile network. I requested to replace the mobile then i got a reply from flipkart customer care that they are rejecting my replacement request because of high numbers of replacements & returns in my purchase history & i'll not ever log in to my flipkart account again. I just want to know if i got any different, faulty, duplicate or broken product then they want me to keep it? & if i requested for any return or replace their concern team have to check my complain & if found my complaint genuine then they provide me replacement or refund. Now in my present complaint regarding order id : od[protected] karbonn k9 smart 4g volte mobile price rs. 4090/-, I received different item. I placed my order for "black sandstone" colored mobile handset & flipkart send me "grey sandstone" colored mobile handset. Here i'm attaching images of invoice & mobile box where you can clearly check, in invoice "black sandstone" color & imei no. Of the handset & on box "grey sandstone" color is mentioned & imei no. Which is same as in invoice. This is not only concern received mobile is defective or faulty as it is not connecting to mobile network after inserting the sim card. Where is my mistake to get different or faulty item which i ordered? If not, then why should i suffer. If flipkart doesn't have item which i ordered they must ask me to change or cancel my order before shipping it. They have no right to change any order without permission of a customer. I requested them for replace or return on the same day i received the product, my flipkart id logged out & not getting log in, then i send them an email & received a reply in which flipkart customer care quoted "we'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/refund has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account." Just asking "history of returns" they are cancelling my request of return/refund. If the supplied product is not as it was mention or defective by any reason then how can they reach up to any conclusion to refuse return /refund.? If their computer system has detected me as a bad customer than why flipkart made this supply? They must blacklist their fraud or cheater sellers who are trying to cheat customers.
