Flipkart — Received different items/Refund request cancelled | |
Hi, I had ordered Casio G826 G-Shock ( GST-400G-1A9DR ) Analog-Digital Watch - For Men from Flipkart with order I'd: OD[protected]. But I received different items on 17-Sept-20. When I see the item is different on the same date I had raised return request. (I) Initially they provide me the date of resolve by 29-sept-20 and they extended to 5-Oct-20. (II) On 2nd Oct I received a mail from Flipkart to provide the I'd card along with item screenshot and on the same date I had provided over mail. (III) On 6th Oct they rejected my return request by mentioning that Be is mismatch and suggest to update the full name and raise it again. (IV) On 10-oct-20 I got a mail that please provide your consent to lodge the FIR and I had provided the same for investigation. (V) On 17-Oct-20, they reject my request without and communication. Now the 30 days return policy has been expired and I am not able to do any further return request. And I am not aware about the investigation status. I want the different product what they delivered, that refund or replacement they should accept. Was this information helpful? | |
