Flipkart — received different variant of the oppo mobile

I ordered oppo f11 pro aurora green color from flipkart on 17 sep 2019. It was delivered on 18 sep 2019. When i opened the product i found the it is different variant from which i ordered. I was oppo f11 fluorite purple. On 19 sep 2019 i placed a return or replacement request which was cancelled by the flipkart. After that i placed several requests for return or replace but every time they cancelled the request. Now they are stating that return time has been over. Now i have the wrong product (Oppo f11 fluorite purple) with the bill of (Oppo f11 pro aurora green). I have mailed them several times, posted on twitter handle of flipkart, several times i have called to customer support but no resolution came up. The wrong product which i have is still sealed packed. I have not opened the seal of the box. Please help me to return the product.

There was a wrong product in the courier. It was OPPO F11 and I ordered OPPO F11 PRO. From last one month I am saying this only. You have rejected my request 4 times from app. Kindly return the item.

This was the first refund ID which was rejected. Kindly see the reason for which the refund was requested and also check why the refund was rejected.

Again Flipkart has rejected the return request stating that seller has refused to return the product. They are doing this since last 1 month. Inspite of giving wrong product they are not return the the product. Who is going to be responsible for this.
