I ordered a JBL J55 on-ear headphones on the 4th of August 2015. Order No: OD[protected] . I received the item on 13th of August 2015 and was shocked to find that it was a duplicate product and that too in damaged condition. You can see the logo in the attached pictures. Why is Flipkart giving assurance that it is selling 100% genuine products when it cannot keep up the promise?
I have been a loyal customer for Flipkart for a couple of years and have brought expensive items like LED TVs from their site. This experience is making me doubt all my previous purchases and I am highly disappointed. I will now think twice before going to Flipkart and try to stick to Amazon.
I need a replacement for the item at the earliest as I was planning to gift it to my friend whose birthday is next week.
