[Resolved] Flipkart — Received Duplicate Product but flipkart customer care not taking any responsibility

I have purchased De Faboulus shampoo of 5 quantity (Order ID - OD[protected] total amount is - 3295rs. The product I received yesterday it is totally duplicate. I have called to customer care so many times from yesterday to return the product, either they gave any illogical excuses or they disconnected the call. I have attached pictures of both original and fake one. Left one which I have purchased from local shop(original) and the right one which I have received from flipkart yesterday. 1. Packaging of bottle like bottle cap, bottom of the bottle totally different it is like any local shampoo 2. Shampoo quality, smell is totally different.
