I received a product that never turned on. Replaced it and the same issue, got a product that does not turn on. The flipkart says it's seller/brand replacement policy. That I need to contact the brand for the replacement
How is this fair where you pay for a working item, a defective product is dumped to your doorstep and you are asked to go to the brands service center for replacement. This is pure cheating.
I also mailed contact.[protected]@flipkart.com to get seller contact details. But they are not responding
