First-time delivery: I initially received a damaged product, and to make matters worse, the item was damaged. Since the delivery was marked as Open Box Delivery, I had the opportunity to check it on the spot.
Second-time delivery: Given the previous experience, I specifically requested Open Box Delivery this time as well to avoid any further issues. However, the delivery agent refused to cooperate and declined to open the product despite my insistence.
Wrong product received again: After being forced to accept the package without inspection, I was shocked to find that the product inside was a completely different model—a Lenovo tablet—which I did not order. This is unacceptable as I trusted your delivery process, but it has now failed me twice.
This repeated negligence has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I feel misled and have lost trust in the service.
My expectations are as follows:
An immediate full refund for the incorrect product.
A prompt apology and clear assurance that such negligence will not occur again.
A detailed response on how you will resolve this issue to prevent further inconvenience to customers like me.
