Flipkart — Received item totally different from my ordered quantity

My order id is OD[protected].I received only 1 item that was totally different instead of my orderded quantity 2 & I made cash on delivery of Rs 1100/- .Meanwhile your representative came with 2 quantitites on 16.07.15 & refused to give the items.I was totally strange about such type of rude behaviour & I was not able to share the items with my family with the occasion.On that day I informed the matter to your reprensentative & assured that the items will be delivered positively on/before 24.07.15.On 18.7.15, I again contact with customer care & assured me the same.On 20.7.15, I contacted with your representative & he said that it will be delivered with taking much time i.e by 30.07.15.
