[Resolved] Flipkart — received used product from flipkart | |
I have received used product from flipkart and there was no price tag on it. And so contacted the flipkart support team for this issue on the same date when the product was delivered to me but i got reply from the end that unable to pick up the product as seller has rejected the return. I have contacted them for the same issue multiples times and everytime they were creating new return request and working on highest priority and saying me kindly get back to us after 72 hours. After following the same, evertime i have contacted them for the same as i was not getting any resolution on the same but the reply was the same that this time the seller has rejected the return, we are creating new request, kindly wait for 72 hours but the answer at the end remains the same seller rejected the return.
