[Resolved] Flipkart — Received wrong accessories 3 times | |
I order a charger with Type c data cable but received micro USB data cable but that my need is only adaptor so I didn't returned the charger . But I ordered same charger again with type C cable but again i didn't not received type c data cable so I ask for replacement and seller again send same package with micro USB cable so I contacted flipkart customer care they said only one option available for refund so after long conversation I said ok then apply for return but I also said if I will find good deal on type c then I will cancel my return they also said okay you can cancel your return request any time but I didn't find any good deal on this price and that charger price also increased and time also wasted. I just want they either send me type c data cable either replace whole product with type C cable. Return I'd[protected] and Order ID: OD[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
