[Resolved]  Flipkart — received wrong mobile phone

I have ordered mobile phone - realmext 125 gb, 8 gb ram with perl blue colour but i received realmext 64 gb, 4gb ram with white colour.
Order id - od[protected].

Order cost - 18, 999

Item was delivered with wrong product on 3 oct 2019.

Called and requested many times for refund or replacement and every time customer care asking to wait for 72 hrs.

My current mobile phone is not working and delay from flipkart causing server problem. Pathetic service from flipkart.

Still issue not resolved...whenever calling to customer care, only reply getting that resolved in 72 hrs...sent multiple emails, calls but not use .
I lost 3000 rs in this transaction with Flipkart.
I have no hopes now and lost trust on Flipkart
