[Resolved] Flipkart — received wrong product and customer care regency | |||||
I Ordered 3 products in Flipkart but i received another product which is no use for me. I try to raise complaint to their useless customer care. after so many tries connected with long hold. than customer care executive pathetic response with so many times sorry. I asked escalation (Long Hold) he/she also hope less one more escalation(after Long Hold) (They sad escalating but don't no he/her is escalation officer or not) he asked me 24 hours time to resolve (their competitors take max 2 to 3 hours) after 24 hours no response. called back to them they sad this was handled by other person I don't no. I asked Customer care executive to transfer call to him. she sad i can't. when giving order they are taking money in advance while refund or to deliver proper product no response ( Flipkart policy for refund 8 to 10 working days) .Did flipkart rotate customer money in this manner. How to penalize them by way of legal. due to this incident I lost my daughter happens (That movement) which cant be compensate by any one. Was this information helpful? | |||||
