Flipkart — Received wrong product and refusing to pickup the product | |
Hi team, I have ordered home gym kit from flipkart of 50 kg. The gym kit which I ordered was of different pieces. 1 kg, 2kg weight plates. But what I received is 5 kg and 10 kg weight plates. In total of 50 kg weight plates. I have received a wrong product. Hence I placed a return on the same day of delivery. But they were not responsible enough to pick it from the delivered address. They sent an email saying that the product canot be returned as I have given the reason for return as Item missing. 1kg and 2 kg weight plates were missing. So I have given item is missing reason. But this is not a valid reason to reject my return. They haven't contacted me properly. So I would like to complaint against Flipkart. The item is worth of 5359. After 2 weeks they have rejected my return request saying the above reason. Flipkart is cheating us by giving wrong product. Please help to resolve this issue.
