I ordered a watch from the Casio brand ( https://www.flipkart.com/casio-mwd-100hd-1avdf-youth-digital-watch-men/p/itm0713...⇄ ) on 22 Aug 2022, but I got delivered with a wrong model of watch on 26 Aug 2022.
I had raised multiple return requests ( most of which were raised by the custom care executive ) and all are were rejected by the seller, even after providing all necessary details such as images, Aadhar for review.
I had spoken to multiple custom care agents and even the senior members who had promised each raised return request would be the last one but all the return request were rejected without proper reason and without my concern.
On Sep 1 2022, my flipkart account was also blocked without any proper reason. There has been no help from the flipkart customer care on this as well.
Due to this, even though I have genuine reason to return the product and matches the return policy of the product, I am unable to return the wrong product and get my refund.
