Hi, I have ordered a watch from filpkart on 25th august worth inr11995. The watch which i have recieved was not the one that i have ordered. My order id is od[protected]. I have lodged several complaints regarding it but i have not recieved any response from their side. On call they always confirm that they will replace the product with original one. They asked me to wait for 24 hourse always. 7 days have passed but they have not provided me any solution. Please help. My register mobile number is [protected].
