I ordered Boat Rockerz 450 pro on 07.10.2024. Delivered wrong product on 08.10.2024 Requested for replacement on 08.10.2024. Delivered wrong product again on 10.10.2024 Again requested for replacement on 10.10.2024. Delivered wrong product again on 11.10.2024 Again requested for replacement on 11.10.2024. Delivered wrong product again on 12.10.2024 Again requested for replacement on 12.10.2024. Delivered wrong product again on 13.10.2024 Again requested for replacement on 13.10.2024. Delivered wrong product again on 14.10.2024 Again requested for replacement on 14.10.2024. Replacement or refund rejected. At last wrong product remains with me (Till Date). From 14.10.2024 to 28.10.2024, I keep requesting for RIGHT replacement or refund. it was being rejected by the seller. When the seller cannot deliver the RIGHT PRODUCT before the POLICY expires, how will the return policy expire? Where is the LOYALTY, flipkart? That, too, I kept requesting till the return policy expires till 21.10.2024. It is the responsibility for the FLIPKART service to solve this problem. If I am wrong, let FLIPKART prove that I was not contacted them for the replacement or refund before the expiry date. Let them submit my contact history. I have attached the entire details for your reference.
