[Resolved] Flipkart — received defective cell phone | |||||
I ordered a moto e4 plus on thursday 13th july from flipkart. After unboxing, i noticed that proximity sensor is not working... When i restarted the phone till it's not working. Front camera quality is like not the original one.. Because my elder sister got the same phone and when i compared i saw the difference. Within these 10days this moto hanged 5-6 times... I have paid flipkart 10000rupees for this defective phone... I requested return but they rejected it by giving some troubleshooting policy... And assured me that if any problem arises after that they will proceed further... But now this phone is just getting worst day by day... I feel like i m using 1yrs old phone..
