1. Ordered - OD[protected] Redmi 2 Prime with delivery date 24 Dec . Post receipt inquired about the product details being different on the box and in mobile verses the Redmi 2 Prime. Post confirmation from your customer service executive had placed a return request for right product.
2. Second and third time also similar product was delivered and basis the recommendation of your customer executive had finally placed a refund order. This not only lead to a loss on INR 700+/- which was a special discount given by Flipkart but also my purpose of getting and gifting the mobile on 25 Dec failed.
3. As I needed only Redmi 2 prime only available with Flipkart had placed a new order OD[protected] on 14 Jan 2016 with advance payment of full amount, however again post 2 attempts the product was recommended to be replaced being different post confirmation from Flipkart executives. With the third return request I had received a confirmation email on 28 Dec indicating confirmed pick up of the product from my residence by 30 Jan 2016 which when failed to pick up checked with Flipkart customer executive who then mentioned that the request had been cancelled as the product was right and as expected . With multiple followups and updates finally have received a disappointing and threatening email by one of your team members stating "As a consequence of these activities, you may not be able to place any more orders on Flipkart using this email id or other associated email accounts since they may also result in cancellation"
I have been buying mobiles and other items from Flipkart since last 2 years and was happy with the products and service till the recent one and sorry to say but with my recent experience will not be recommending basis the mental agony and time cost, flipkart have caused to me for this one product.If the product was right the first time then fail to understand why was I made to reorder and take refund then, however now when I was fed up on the followup it is been explained to me that the product is right and I should be undertaking test locally to confirm the same?
Appreciate if you could address this issue to ensure that the product is collected and my refund along with the difference/ expense amounts are settled at the earliest.
