Dated 03rd october 2016

I have placed an order for redmi3s prime under buyback option on the date.
Have received an order on. The product which i have put under buyback is
Clearly under the norms stated by flipkart without any damage and the
Creen will not turn off/ go off for 30 seconds. The delivery person from
Ekart didn't accept the buyback product stating that, the battery is weak
After he restarted the device and found that the battery percentage reduced
Which happens normally as you restart the device. We clearly explained
About the norms in which it's falling under and also the battery condition
Whereas he was not a person who could understand in terms of technicality.

After that, i raised a complaint and after discussion with customer
Ervice executive, i was confirmed that the concerned call will be raised
Against the delivery network as my query is valid and falling under the
Norms stated. I was promised a delivery within 24 hours with buyback
Option under the same order. Now, i have received a mail stating your
Order is cancelled as per your request, in which it's not done from my
End.

I am surprised to hear this from flipkart team and the customer executive
Is simply asking excuses and iterating me place a new request which is
Totally annoying and reducing the faith with flipkart making myself to
Hift towards other retailers.

Please understand the issue from your end and make sure my product gets
Delivered under the same option and order.
