I have bought redmi 8 that was delivered to me on 15th dec 2019. On very next day i am facing hanging and freezing problem. So, i have submitted replacement request twice (On 24th dec and again on 27th dec 2019) but it got rejected both times after technician visit without providing me complete information and prior notice.
Although it is a new set and got freezed and hanged in technician hands.
On 30th dec 2019, when i talked to customer care against rejection, they did not provide me right update. While on talking on 31st dec i am told that a resolution team will consult you on 2nd jan 2020. When i asked for update notification, they clearly rejected that i will not receive any update regarding this. Was this information helpful? |
