I have ordered redme note 4 mobile in flipkart. Order no: od[protected]. But i got mobile which is sim slot2 is not working. I have requested for return. They always sending one message like "hi we've been trying to get in touch with you as requested but we haven't been able to do so yet. We will call you back arount mm/dd, hh/min am/pm to help you with your concern. Like this message i got 3 times. One time they called disconnected in middle. Please help me what i need to do now.
