I have already purchased the Redmi Note 7 Pro space black and paid full amount through my card. The delivery was scheduled between 20Aug and 21 Aug. I've been following up since then and all i get is false commitments.

Updated by Syedwajahatalisalman Since I've been regularly following up through chat, they have disabled my chat rights as well in the complaint request and only available option is to email them.

Please note that they have changed delivery date 6 times earlier and now they are changing to 5th september without customer's consent. Is there any regulatory body in india which penalise e-commerce website due to their negligence and mistreatment to the customers. Please support.
