[Resolved]  Flipkart — reference to order id:od[protected], service issue

Reference to order id:od[protected], washing machine is delivered on 17th july but after doing day to day follow-up as on today installation is not done.
Front and back office is not responding even after day to day follow-up. I am really clueless what to do. I want to return product but not getting return option on flipkart site.
I am really frustrated with flipkart service.
