[Resolved] Flipkart — Refrigerator Replacement Issue | |||||
Hi, I had booked an LG 255 L Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator from Flipkat which was delivered on 04-Jul-17. At the time of delivery we realized that there are couple of tray inside is missing & also partition was different than what we were looking. Over & above refrigerator was shacking as the below bush was not properly fitted. Immediately we informed the delivery person about the same & also we informed the Flipkart team. We told them that we dont want this model as this is not what we wanted & also there was no photos about how the inside portion of Refrigerator look like. Kindly give us the different model or return us the money back. For which Flipkart team is telling they will return only the same model. Which we are not in favor of.
