[Resolved] Flipkart — refrigerator: replacement needed urgently | |
Hello i had ordered a fridge model number : gl-c322rpzu/2018 and this got delivered on 25th of february to my address in gwalior. I made the order online through flipkart from indirapuram ghaziabad. The piece is defective and i have been raising complaints since 15 days with lg. It has not been one and a half month also and there is a leakage. The lg people were not even able to find the fault. They first said kep the fridge in cool place? I mean is it some kind of a joke? Then they came and took temperature then they did not come for 3 days we kept waiting and then one fine day they say there is a gas leakage. I want a replacement and thats it. I want immediate action to be taken since the leakage has happened in transit. Get back to me as soon as possible and get this issue resolved. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |
