We have purchased the Apple Macbook on 5th July 2021 and cancelled on the same day. I have not received the refund back and asked us to update the bank details. Its been last 1 month I have updated almost 5 Bank accounts till not but we are not getting the refund back.
When I update the bank details, I will get msg " we tried through IMPS, it failed and will do NEFT between 5-7 days. It will never happen, after 2 days they send the massege again to update bank details.
Same process going on since last 1 month.
