Flipkart — refund amount is not processed(txn id:tx[protected]

Hi Team,

I was ordering a pair of ballerinas I made payment for same of 831 Rs. This amount was deducted from my bank account(message attached) and I got a message(attached) from Flipkart saying either they will complete the order or refund my money but till now I did not get any confirmation. please refund my money.
