I had placed an order on Flipkart for which I had made the payment using UPI. However, at the time of delivery, the delivery executive asked me to make the payment again stating that the payment is not reflecting for him and I have to make the payment again if the product is to be handed over.
He said that I have not to worry since Flipkart will check and send the money credited earlier as refund. I agreed and made the payment to him via Gpay.
So after waiting for few days when I did not receive the refund, I started raising issues with the customer care team. The payment made was back on 22nd July 2022. Now it has been more than a month that Iam chasing Flipkart. Everyday i keep receiving calls from different agents and all of them share the same update that I will have to wait for 24hrs for the amount to get credited.
I am very frustrated chasing them and need some support here ASAP.
