[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund amount not credit in my bank a/c

On 7th may i order a mobile. And payment through my bank debit card. After that filpcart cancel my order for low stock. But they not fefund my money into my bank a/c yet. A/c no=[protected]. Ifsc=utbi0bdy957. Order id= od[protected]. Amount=7499

We are sorry to hear that you've not received the refund for Realme C3 (Frozen Blue, 32 GB) with order ID OD[protected] yet.

The seller has refunded Rs. 7499/- to your debit card on[protected] and it should have been credited by[protected].

You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number (ARN): 85215220130018853916394, so that they can assist you further. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.

Alternatively, you can also visit your bank to submit the 'Chargeback form' to get an update on your refund. Note: The bank’s customer support number can be found on the back of your card.
