[Resolved] Flipkart — refund amount not reflecting in my bank account | |||
I purchased one jacket from flipart on 12th october 2018 with order id od[protected]. I returned the product on 21 st october and flipkart approved the same. As per standered banking procedure the amount should reflect in my account within seven working days. But amount did not entered in my account. After that i contacted flipkart and the customer care executive said refund has completed from their side. They shared a arn no (74056638295829459699469) with me and asked me to go bank. When i met my bank branch manager she told me they have not received any such amount from flipkart and they cant help me with the reference no provided by flipkart. Till now filpkart is sitting idle doing nothing. So my request is please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Nov 19, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed. However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the bank with the reference number shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
