Order ID: OD[protected] Hello, I have purchased a MI 5A TV on August 6 using my debit card and had cancelled it on same day.I have been looking for refund from that day.I have tried to reach out to customer support multiple times.But I could not get any useful response.They mentioned that my incident will be resolved on 24 August.But it's past the date.I even didn't get any kind of information or update on the issue. It's making me feel very bad.I am in a doubt whether they will return it or not.I need issue to be fixed and return my refund amount asap. But after that I have received a mail that states the mail id is no longer in use. Please find the screenshot attached. Does it mean my mail has been received at your end or not?
