[Resolved] Flipkart — refund and pickup the product

Hi team i stay navi mumbai koparkhairane and order a mobile but se product delivered tme and after one week delivered so i want refund and talk to hel line but flipkart people argu withme and said replacement but product delivered to your side but why online i book my nearest location flipkart wear house also available and second think flipkart sell this product but distributor not registered with mobile company so is illegal i drop a mail to flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com and ask for distributor details and license number but flipkart people disconnected the call so i want my refund quick because alredy 1 week ago and i inform registered case consumer forum but flipkart people said already many complain registered dont have any problem.

Updated by jayantabose077 today i got a a call same and same thing inform previous already 1 day wait and again 2 days inform but not arrange the pickup because flipkart people avoid and think after some day customer loss passions kindly take action high priority basis

Txn ID: TX[protected] ... in this txn no dated 28th september amounting Rs.1049/- for buying a ceiling fan high speed. i paid the money through internet banking of SBI . till date i have not got the refund for that transaction or the txn not confirmed yet. please do the needful at early as possible. URGENT
