1 I have complained to Flipkart 3 times but till now I have not received the refund or replacement of the product and now it is being told that the return policy has expired.
2 This product I received is damaged but flipkart is not accepting that the product was damaged from inside and is canceling the complaint every time with the same reason but now their return policy has expired. Due to which he cannot do anything. I have also uploaded the picture to you, now you tell whether this product is damaged or not and if it is damaged then why flipkart is refusing.
3 When I spoke to the customer care of Flipkart, they are also saying that the return policy has expired, so they can't do anything. While it is their fault in every way. when i escalated it i am getting the same reply from there also
4 Now you tell me, even after complaining for 3 times, no satisfactory solution has been found. Nor has there been any solution from Flipkart.
So please help me and resolve my problem
