Now flipkart team are saying self dispatch of product Details are mentioned below : i purchased an american tourister bag with 1222 rupees Order No : OD[protected] (14-oct-2018) Delivered on :22-oct-2018 Return No:[protected] (05.11.2018) - Refund Cancelled by flipkart Return No :[protected](06.11.2018) - Refund Cancelled by flipkart Return No:[protected](06.11.2018)- Refund Cancelled by flipkart Return Request No :[protected](10.11.2018)- Refund Cancelled by flipkart Return Request No :[protected] (11.11.2018) - Refund Cancelled by flipkart Return Request No :[protected] (11.11.2018)- Now flipkart team saying send the bag by courier as per mailed address (Address:Hindustan Uniliver Limited, No. 86, Maduravasal Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Tiruvallur Dist, Chennai[protected] Tmilnadu ) Return Reason : i am not able to insert 15.6 inch laptop properly and looking like used product Every cancellation i called to flipkart customer care those are raising the complaint to concern team but issue was not resolved Every cancellation done after getting the message from Ekart wish master (Sub : Out for pick up) when i rising the return request status shows Refund accepted Was this information helpful? | |
