This is in reference to the defective duplicate product received from Flipkart.
I ordered Aipods Pro on July 20, 2022 and delivered on July 26, 2022.
When I opened the package, I found it a duplicate, low quality airpods whose built quality was terrible, packaging was not good and few parts were damaged. Its noise cancellation was not working.
I verified it with the Apple Store and they confirmed that It is a duplicate product.
Very Bad experience with flipkart.
I raised a request for refund but the delivery agent denied the refund as per them the ticket was raised in the wrong category.
It has been 21+ Days, still pick up & refund has not completed.
I want my money back as soon as possible.
I have raised multiple tickets with Flipkart but not getting any resolution.
Hence, I have raised a complaint in the consumer forum and will be filing a legal complaint if I didn't get the resolution within an hour.
All the proofs, evidence, original bill attached.
