[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund did not come in Bank account. | |
Hi, Flipkart is saying 'The ₹439.0 as refund will be added to your CORPORATION RUPAY Debit Card by Oct 06.' but still on 12 Oct 2020, I did not get the refund. I contacted Bank also and they are saying the amount is not available. I contacted many times to Flipkart CC and every time they say in next 48 hours issue will be solved and amount is processed. I am very frusted. Flipkart is not refunding my money. I also submitted the latest bank statement but they are not taking any action and only giving me mext 2 days. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund of Rs. 439/- has been completed on 28 Sep 20 and should be reflecting in your account by 06 Oct 20. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
