Flipkart — Refund did not processed

They have not refunded my 2000 inr even after 6 months.

Dear support,
I bought "envent et-sp41123-bt ultrawave" using 2000 inr gift card. Due to some product issue i returned the product. I did not get refund in my flipkart wallet.? I am able to see it in transaction section. I made request to customer care[protected] for this issue.?
Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Updated by tarunsingh23 They again sent an email but not refunded my amount. They claimed that amount will be transferred to you within 24-48 hours but they did not. Please let me know the procedures to sue Flipkart.
