I ordered a few items from Flipkart via googlepe on 10th April. Later I canceled the item on 13/14th April and the refund amount was not yet credited back to my account. Even then I waited for approx 2 weeks and contacted customer care. They are asking me to contact Google pe giving bank ref num mentioning that the issue is not with the Flipkart. I have contacted Google Pe, but they say this is the issue with the Seller/Merchant which is Flipkart for me. I personally visited the bank and had cross verified the reference ids of 3 transactions with the bank.
The status of the three transactions are shown as "TIMED OUT" AND I HAVE SUBMITTED THE PROOFS VALIDATING THE TRANSACTION STATUS WITH BANK SEAL TO [protected]@flipkart.com ADDRESS. BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE EVEN AFTER SENDING SEVERAL EMAILS
