I ordered a ifb 23bc4 23 l convection microwave oven (Order
Id#od[protected] on 10th feb, 2016 and paid rs 11120 for the
Product. The scheduled delivery date was 13th feb, 2016. On 13th feb, i
Checked in the flipkart account, where the status was updated as '
Delivered'. Later i got a call and i was told that the product would
Be delivered on 14th feb, 2016. But on that day also i hadn't received
The product. And the status was as 'product delivered'.
Hence, i decided to cancel the product and called up the flipkart
Customer care and informed in details regarding this as well as asked
For cancellation. He(Flipkart customer care executive) took the
Request on behalf of me and told me to wait till 24 hours to get a
Callback from flipkart. After 2 days i got a mail stating that, it
Will take more time to resolve. I waited till that time, and again got
A time extension mail from flipkart. Likewise i get mail on every 2-3
Days. Then i cancelled the product from flipkart website on 22nd feb,
Since i was not getting any response from flipkart. After few days i
Got a call from flipkart and i was told that the seller will be
Initiation the refund as soon as possible and i will be getting a
Confirmation on that. But it has been around 35 days, i havn't got any
Confirmation on refund yet.
Please look into this.

Issue has been addressed, as the refund is been initiated from our end on 17th March, and the amount would reflect in account in 8 business days from the date of initiation.
