Flipkart — Refund for my money

This is Abirami.N. i have face worst experience with flipkart for past 2 weeks.. I have place two order in Flipkart OD[protected] and OD[protected].. Both the item was damage product and once it got delivered to me on the same day i also place returned request and flipkart agent came on 2nd april 2016 to collecct my two product and agent name is GUHAN and is agent id : U_566778. agent didn't give any acknowlegment.. On the same day 2nd april i also called to flipkart customer care regarding my return request and for refund for my money.. customer executive confirmed me that within 7 business day.. But my problem started on that day flipkart executive saying that they have not been reversed back my money and they saying that they have not got any product.. from that day till now am following this complaint and there is no response from the customer service.. worst expereince from flipkart.. its my money and for this how u guys ask me to wait for refund.. when i gave return request next day u collected the product but for refunding the money u will take such a long time.. its verry worst.. and i have got all the recording form the day i place complaint and if my money i not getting reversed i update all these issue in social media and in consumer complaint as well.. i want to register strong complaint against flipkart.. I want my money to be refund as soon as possible for both the product.. this copy of the mail is also sent to consumer complaint nodal officer..
