Flipkart — Refund has not been processed | |||
On 23rd February 2021 I have ordered an earphone costing RS. 9, 999.00 from flipkart. On the same day I've cancelled the order due to some personal issues. Flipkart gave a commitment that it would refund my money to my account within 26th of February 2021 and failed to do so. Now they're delaying the refund by blaming the bank for the delay. They gave a refund reference number for contacting bank as IGAKOTDYH1. Bank is refusing to accept that refund has been completed. Please help me in this issue as I found that many flipkart customers are facing the similar problems. Was this information helpful? | |||
