Flipkart — Refund is not made by Flipkart for almost 3 weeks, for failed transaction, even bank debited the amount | |||
Date of Incident : 08/Jul/15 I have placed order (ID : OD[protected] and payment was successful by bank, but failed in Flipkart, I have already escalated and no response yet, it has been already three weeks and no refund yet. Prolonged delay in Refunds, leads to incur interest from my bank, expecting Flipkart to pay compensation to this incident. I have connected with customer support twice today, the first call got discussed after 15 mins, and second call got disconnected after 2-3mins, after getting the details from my end. Again I want to inform very poor customer service ever experienced. No responses to email sent yesterday (23/07) and customer support executive who are all attended the call, does not have the visibility to look into the email sent by the customer allied to this complaint. For Rs.10000/- worth product, I have made nearly Rs.60, 000/- due to failed transactions. Was this information helpful? | |||
