[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund issue delay

I would like to bring to the Head of customer service that i have been following up for my issue of Refund from 8th june onwards & kept on calling customer service team & i would like to bring to your notice that i have been kept on hold for hours & your senior person too disconnect the call after being said to transfer the call to their manager.

Really fed up & disappoint by your service, firstly i was told that you will received the refund by 12th & now they are telling you need to wait till 18th June, please let me know if you don't want to refund the money please tell me clearly on mail. I cannot daily call for the update, even today i call your senior folks (they claimed to be) & they (Deepak) disconnected the call when said they are transferring the call to their manager. If you are right then why are you afraid of transfering the call to your seniors.

I know that i'm right so chassing this forward, if you want any clarification or proof you may recall all my call recordings & take further action on this.

I cannot wait till 18th to get my money back, let me know if someone from CS team (specially seniors folks) who can listen to customer query / issue before telling straight forward to customer to hold till 18th June, your seniors folks speak about SLA & payment gateway issue, i would really like you understand and know more about this. when asked about this they said for this you need to speak with our payment team, if you cannot provide the answer to what you speak you should not use these jargoans with the customer.

Let's see if i get the call after this email or not.
