[Resolved] Flipkart — refund issue for my kurti | |||||
I have ordered ziya women kurti (OD[protected] for rs 602 from flipkart site on sep 8 2018 since the kurti size was too large i asked for refund on 14th SEP. As i entered my debit card number instead of account number i called to flipkart customer care to tell abt this mistake. but they assured me the amount will be credited within 24th september. but i din receive the amount in my bank again i called to the customer care people they asked me to send the e-statement for the proof after checking they told me i need to get confirmation letter from my bank side. i have send an email to the regional manager but no response till now. even the customer care ppl are not responding properly each giving different different suggestion and not solving my problem. even last month i have been complained in this portal about this but now it shows complain has been resolved which was not true.. kindly resolve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
