[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund issue in flipkart | |||
Dear sir, My flipkart booked order id - od[protected] i have booked mobile on 19th march 2020 but flipkart didn't deliver the mobile. So i have cancelled the order on 17th may 2020 till now i didn't get refund. I never experienced this type of treatment. Kindly take it on emergency basis. I have contacted flipkart care but no one has responded. Please find the attached snapshots of booking and order details. I need my refund on emergency basis. Verified Support May 31, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your order for the product 'Realme 5s (Crystal Red, 128 GB)' has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 17 May 20 and it should be reflecting in your credit card by now. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
