I am utterly disappointed with the level of service I have received from Flipkart regarding my recent order. To clarify, this order was not placed with my consent but placed from one of the known family members by mistake.
When trying to cancel the order, Not only is my item yet to be delivered, but I am already being charged a ridiculous amount of INR 199/- as pickup and exchange charges for canceling the order.
This is completely unjustified and unacceptable. Upon contacting the customer care team, I was assured that the full amount would be refunded back to me.
To ensure transparency, I took the initiative to record the conversation, capturing the representative's confirmation of a complete refund. (Audio recordings available and can be shared over email)
Flipkart, it is absolutely unethical to charge customers for cancellation and pickup fees when the product hasn't even been delivered. I demand an immediate refund of the original amount (INR ₹15, 857) I paid for the order. Holding onto my hard-earned money without providing any service is nothing short of theft.
