[Resolved] Flipkart — refund issue of payment | |||
Transaction failed of order id od[protected] and the transaction amount 999 rupees. I was booking a boat rockerz 400 super extra bass bluetooth headset with mic 30th sep 2019 and payment was through the bank (Debit card) transfer and after i finished the payment by entering the otp, amount got debited and the order was not confirmed. Spoke with the flipkart team they said they did not receive the payment and discussed with the bank they said amount has been settled to flipkart, bank shared me the proof for the payment confirming that flipkart has received the amount. Customer care at flipkart said that amount will be credited to my account in 7 working days and today is 11th oct 2019 and my amount is not refund in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||

We’d like to confirm that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed. You may contact your bank and raise a charge back. Please check the previous statement/ unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank.Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
