[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund : my money stuck because of the malfunction app

I Ordered this item with this ordered id OD[protected]
and now i could not able to cancel and from the first day i am trying to contact them but i am not able to reach them out and they are now saying you have to take this order.
In their app one error message is generating while cancelling the order or write to us.
and while placing the order i didn't get any such notification.
still its not their.
