Flipkart — Refund not credited after return picked up

I ordered a non stick kadhai from flipkart and it gets delivered on 20 jul 23 .While checking i found the lid has some issue and raised return from my order section.

after return request the return gets approved and pickup message arrived in phone .On the first day nobody call me for return pickup.And i got a message from flipkart stating i was not available for return pickup.I didn't understand this.So i waited, the next day same message out for pickup came to phone.i waited till evening.NO call came.so i called them in the number provided.He told me will come and pick the item.

same happened next day also, , so i complained to customer care for pikcup.They initiated complaint for this and next day pickup done.But after 1 hour of pickup the status of order gets automatically cahnged to return cancelled .
i complained to customer care about this.they registered my complaint and told me to wait for 48 hours.Next day got a call from flipkart asking all details about what happened.i explained everything again.He told me to wait another 48 hours to check with seller and logistics team.i waited again.in the mean time i checked th app for any refund got credited and was not credited.so i just checked the order again.i found the status is of complaint is resolved . I wondered how its resolved without my consent and solution not provided by concerned team.so i called customer care again to complaint this.He told me to wait another 48 hours .Again i waited and got a call from flipkart and asked all details.Then told me to wait 48 hours .Then after same cycle keeps happening.Complaint status gets resolved and no refund.Customer care when calling says they escalated to concerned team, they will surely help me..

i am hearing this for past 1 week and still hearing same.
called customer care 5 times for refund.Neither product nor money is with me right now.Pls help me..
