[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund not done, after pickup | |||
Dear concerned, This is in reference to the item gag wear trendy gym bag. I received this bag on 06.05.17 and same day same time i requested for return of product. Confirmation for return was on 8.05.17. As per appointment mr. Anil from ekart came for pickup. My assistant handed over the product to him. He received it and took and didn't provide the receiving slip. Now you guys are making investigation, hence proved that pickup guy took it with him. I am surprised that how your customer care is. This is just a matter of 183 rs. I dont need it any more. But i would say i lost my faith over flipkart and there management. I was long associated with flipkart and purchased worthy products.
